Tzana was fab!
After having a buyer drop out of purchasing at the last minute, my flat had to go back on the market, and Tzana took over management of the sale. She was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end of the whole process, kept me well informed throughout, and was overall very friendly and helpful. Her passion was second to none and her enthusiasm resulted in much more interest the second time round and less time between the flat going back on the market and an accepted offer. She used social media brilliantly to increase interest in the flat as well. She knows her stuff and is well connected, so there was easy communication with the other solicitors that I was purchasing a house through (the sellers of the house I was purchasing were also with Ralph Sayer, otherwise I would've wanted them to do the purchase side as well). Definitely recommend!
