Brilliant service and great communication
I contacted Donna in November about selling a property in Edinburgh, we arrange an appointment where she came and viewed the house and we discussed costs for the sale. I also mentioned that due to my location it would be impossible for me to do the viewings and Donna was a very amenable and said that wasn’t an issue and that she could do that for me. This gave me full confidence in her, I therefore appointed Donna at Ralph Sayer as the estate agents to do the sale of the property. Once I was able to sell the house, I informed Donna and she arranged for the home buyers report and then started marketing of the property keeping me informed every step of the way including the number of people who were interested in the property and the number of viewings. After being on the market for two months a reasonable offer was made on the property which was accepted and Donna had kept me informed throughout all of this including things like surveys that required doing for the sale Donna then handed over the Legal side of the sale to her colleague Fiona who was very good and the sale proceeded. Towards the end of the sale process Donna was still keeping in touch and also went and gave me final meter readings for Gas and electric which made my life a lot simpler. I cannot thank Donna enough for her professionalism and compassion throughout the whole of this process which has made it a lot easier to deal with, especially due to distances involved.
