Successful outcome and excellent support from Taha and Bilal
We recently used BW Solicitors for my partner’s immigration visa extension application, and Taha Warraich assisted us throughout the process. Previously, Mr Bilal had assisted us himself but this time he supervised Taha instead. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Taha was knowledgeable, professional and clearly understood the requirements of the application. Most importantly, we received a positive decision much sooner than we had expected, which was a huge relief. We also encountered an unexpected issue when the Home Office cancelled the original biometrics appointment. Taha assisted with getting this rescheduled and ensuring the application continued to progress despite the disruption. The only area that could have been better was communication at certain stages. There were times when updates could have been more proactive and some matters were left until later than we would have preferred, which occasionally added unnecessary uncertainty to an already stressful process. However, whenever we did speak with Taha, he was helpful and able to address our concerns. Ultimately, the outcome speaks for itself. Taha handled the application successfully, navigated the biometrics issue and helped us secure a positive decision considerably sooner than anticipated. We are very pleased with the overall service and would particularly like to thank Taha for his work and support throughout the application.
