Wow where do I start because Sisini, Bilal and the Team (BW Solicitors) did put the hours in on our case due to its complexity. Sisini was always available to answer my questions and concerns. My wife spouse visa and son had expired after 13 days and we were not aware just a simple silly mistake. In panic mode started to look for a Lawyer on Bark.com had many calls from different Law Firms but when I spoke to Sisini she was reassuring, felt like the right team for the task in hand. Sisini showed a deep understanding of our situation and demostrated empathy throughout the legal process that she even agreed for us to split there bill to pay half down and remaining balance in a months time. There fees where very reasonable compared to what other law firms where charging because we where desperate and vulnerable but Sisini did not use this to there advantage she was very compassionate. Our case was very complex as most of the information required was not available and when doing the application to beat the 14day deadline I gave incorrect information in panic mode. We only has 1-day to put our application through within the 14-days now called the 'good reason' for having overstayed by Home Office. Sisini stayed until midnight at the office working on our application on the due date to submit the application before midnight. Sisini had to send a correction letter to Home Office to correct some of the Information provided on the first application after that it was a waiting game. Sisini Team from BW Solicitors pulled a miracle on our case as there was too many question marks on our application meaning the odds where against us. Sisini managed to get my wife and son visas approved which was a big relief next stop ILR thats all thanks to Sisini. Submission of documents was made easy by BW Solicitors as you upload required documents on there App. The App is your portal to communicate with the BW Solicitors 24/7 if you have any questions and they respond to message A.S.A.P or call you if needed. Sisini went above and beyond to work on my case, very patient. I would highly recommend BW Solicitors for anyone seeking legal services in Immigration matters because these guys will work overtime to get you application approved and there fees very reasonable.

We recently used BW Solicitors for my partner’s immigration visa extension application, and Taha Warraich assisted us throughout the process. Previously, Mr Bilal had assisted us himself but this time he supervised Taha instead. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Taha was knowledgeable, professional and clearly understood the requirements of the application. Most importantly, we received a positive decision much sooner than we had expected, which was a huge relief. We also encountered an unexpected issue when the Home Office cancelled the original biometrics appointment. Taha assisted with getting this rescheduled and ensuring the application continued to progress despite the disruption. The only area that could have been better was communication at certain stages. There were times when updates could have been more proactive and some matters were left until later than we would have preferred, which occasionally added unnecessary uncertainty to an already stressful process. However, whenever we did speak with Taha, he was helpful and able to address our concerns. Ultimately, the outcome speaks for itself. Taha handled the application successfully, navigated the biometrics issue and helped us secure a positive decision considerably sooner than anticipated. We are very pleased with the overall service and would particularly like to thank Taha for his work and support throughout the application.
