    Huge thanks to Fiona Connah at Kay & Pascoe for her expertise and patient support through my divorce. I really appreciated having the flexibility to receive advice about the process initially, and then the legal know-how to bring all our suggested terms into a financial consent order for a judge to approve. Fiona clearly communicated the comments from the judge, as well as our next steps to get the final version of the document signed off. This helped minimise legal fees, yet gave us an expert to rely on. It is great that Kay & Pascoe’s approach is always to be as non-confrontational as possible. I feel a huge relief to have everything completed with Fiona’s help.

    I cannot recommend Fiona Connah highly enough. From the very first meeting we had, everything was clearly explained and options were discussed. I felt like I was in control of decisions as alternative options were always given and I always felt that I had been given clear advice. The communication from Fiona was excellent and I was always kept informed throughout the entire process. Always at the end of the phone/email to answer any questions and this was done promptly I would like to thank Fiona for all her work in ensuring that my divorce and financial settlement went through quickly as this really did make the process less stressful.
