Guy Birkett and his team did an outstanding job for us, dealing with a litigation matter that was very as much outside of our comfort zone. Business / Commercial
Its never an easy or comfortable time to be involved in any kind of contractual dispute but the team helped me to understand all of my options very clearly. They provided sound advice in a quick time frame which gave me the confidence to make the decisions i had to in order to find a resolution to the dispute. They were supportive and understanding through every stage.

FBC Manby Partner Guy Birkett
Guy was appointed by myself in February of this year to assist with the purchase of shares from the estate of our deceased managing director , I have to say his knowledge is endless and his fast and efficient communication first class , I would happily use him again and definitely recommend him for anyone who requires such services in the future.

Shares and outstanding invoice dispute
I've known FBC Mandy Bowdler for many years and it was the perfect choice to choose them to represent my interests based on an ongoing dispute with a final invoice owing and also to protect my share holding in the same company. Guy explained my options and after a number of months he secured my share holding and also agreed a final payment against the money owing. The journey has been a long one but worth the time in the end with fantastic advice and delivery from Guy to gain a fair result.
