Firstly, Sternberg Reed have always been my 'go to' solicitors over the years so it made sense to get in touch when I needed a lease extension to my property and was put through to Alice Walder. Alice was very reassuring and explained the process to me in a clear and concise manner and by the end of our first conversation I was confident she would get the job done. I wasn't wrong but what stood out for me was she had completed all the initial work in the first week after we had spoken and the overall work would also have been completed much sooner if we had not had to wait for the joint freeholders to finish their part of the process! That said, Alice regularly kept me updated on progression. The service I received from Alice was excellent from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate recommending her to anyone in need of conveyancing work.
