The whole team at Platinum were extremely attentive and responsive throughout. Nothing was too much of an issue and when asked, were extremely responsive. Their location also meant it was very accessible and easy to deliver and receive documents in a timely manner. I definitely recommend platinum as a serious conveyancer.

I never normally write reviews or do recommendations but when it comes to using platinum solicitors i couldnt resist. I had the pleasure of having Emily act on my behalf and i am so so happy with the service i was given. Our estate agent recommended us to Emily Jones as she is known for her tenacity to get things done, which unfortunately is a quality not all solicitors are known for :) We instructed Emily and she certainly lived up to her reputation. We had a tight window for completion and Emily and Fiona were great in progressing our case, being prompt on any questions and generally just being lovely people to engage with during what should be a stressful phase. This review is in respect of Emily Jones who has acted for me in four transactions over the past eighteen months (two sales and two purchases). Having had four transactions in such a short timescale has meant I have been exposed to four other solicitors' practices, most of whom displayed a frightening lack of competence - the latest ones even said they didn't expect Emily to be so efficient! Emily has shone like a beacon throughout. She is highly competent, professional, straight-talking and one of the hardest workers I have ever come across. No matter how bad things are (and they have been horrendous) Emily always resolves the issues. I have greatly enjoyed working with Emily and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
