Unbelievable service and team
Aisha and her team ( Kira and Angie) went over and above to complete the sale of my flat. I was worried about using a firm from the Internet but found it no problem at all. Kept me in the loop regularly, answered emails quickly and promptly. I heartily recommend using Platinum, they were also half the price of a local firm in Bromley. They gave more than 5 Star service..don't hesitate to use them.

Really efficient service all done by email but turned around very quickly. Actually much easier than leaving messages on the phone. I was a bit sceptical at first but checked the Onbudsman and they have no complaints. Very happy to recommend and will use them again when we come to buy.

Platinum Solicitors represented me in a property sale. If I could have left 6 stars I would have, Aisha and her team were that good
- communication was frequent and i was kept aware of what was going on at all times;
- email queries were answered very quickly;
- information flow to the buyers' solicitor was prompt.
I only wish the buyers' solicitor had been as responsive and focused on the sale as Aisha and her team.
Cannot recommend highly enough if you are buying or selling a property.

Ist class service from a highly professional team.
Absolutely brilliant and this is from someone who doesn't have a computer so everything was done on my phone! It wasn't easy but Aisha pulled out all the stops and nurses me through the process. I cannot recommend Platinum Solicitors highly enough.
I researched alot of online and local firms and did not find a negative review for this firm. I was also reassured by the regulating authorities that Platinum is registered with.
We wanted a firm we could trust and that would be reliable and responsive and Aisha and her team never once let us down. They were so effecient and got us ahead of the game compared to our buyers solicitors. They replied quickly to our emails and calls and kept us up-to-date through our the entire process. Platinum Solicitors made the whole process pain free. I would definitely use them again.
