Emily Jones is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Emily or Kira always responded quickly to my queries and I always felt confident that everything was being done to reach completion as soon as possible, but at the same time no corners were being cut. We were recommended Platinum Solicitors for our sale and purchase. Having only moved once before, I did not know what level of service to expect. All I can say is that we have never been so happy with the commitment and expertise shown by the company, especially Emily Jones. ​We had a really tough journey from sale to completion with many hurdles to overcome, but Emily delivered at every single opportunity! She was professional throughout and had to spend half of her time managing my buyer's solicitor, all while delivering above expectations for each part of our sale and purchase. We were due to exchange around six weeks prior to our completion date, but ended up exchanging and completing a day late. However, we have genuinely never met a more dedicated and resilient individual than Emily. Throughout this period, she did everything in her power and more to make the move happen for us; unfortunately, she was let down on several occasions by others in the process outside of her control.
