Medical negligence claim
Pursuing a medical negligence claim isn’t something I ever thought I would do and it wasn’t a decision my husband and I took lightly, however the standard of care I received surrounding the births of both of my children and the subsequent life-changing physical and psychological injuries I have been left with, meant we had no choice but to speak out, seek accountability and pursue compensation. We were taken on as ‘no win, no fee’ by RWK Goodman, for which we will forever be grateful. My case was recently successfully resolved through an out-of-court settlement. The process has been long and extremely emotionally overwhelming.
