House purchase

I used Lindsey Divine for conveyancing a new property for me. After a few people I knew had used her services in the past.

From the very start Lindsey was very clear and quick to address any questions I had . Looking through everything carefully and anything I needed to consider was pointed out for my consideration .
Lindsey ensure everything went through very quickly and it was all made very clear to me the costs involved and all checks that were required.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lindsey Devine to other and have already on serveral occasions.

Made a mistake - now avoiding communication

Used this company to buy a house 2 years ago. It was only when looking for documents that I realised that they had failed to send me some important documents from the Sellers Solicitor (which I have on record as them saying they would provide).
I have tried multiple times to contact the Solicitor (Tim) and his Associate (Jacob) and received absolutely no response. Despite it being their mistake they are ignoring communication in the hopes that I forget.
Based on this I would avoid this company and go with someone else who a) might not make this mistake, b) would attempt to rectify the problem once it was realised.

Remia at the Swindon office looked after a sale and purchase for us and was excellent, kept us informed despite having to deal with 2 other solicitors who at best seemed indifferent to their clients causing several frustrating delays. Remia always returned my calls and quickly responded to several emails dealing with all our frustrations calmly and efficiently, highly reconmeded

Since the beginning of what has been the most challenging journey myself and my children have been through, Clizia Motterle has made it that little bit easier with her professional approach and always being there to offer advice and reassurance to me when I’ve needed it. If she has been unavailable she has always made sure that I know who to contact instead. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does and I can not thank her enough for everything. My family have used this firm in past and been happy with service provided. However I told my daughter to ring them and was promised a call back. After several days of waiting she sent them an email. She recieved an automated response saying someone would respond. It's now 3 weeks since she first contacted them and still no one has bothered to respond so now we are looking into other companies..I will not be recommending this company to anyone else.
