Family Law

A Team That Never Lost Sight of What Mattered

I cannot thank the team at RWK Goodman enough for everything they have done for my son and me over the past few years. International child arrangements are incredibly complex, overwhelming, and emotionally exhausting. Throughout the process, the team consistently treated me with respect, patience, and professionalism. They never lost sight of what mattered, even when I let my emotions get the best of me. A special thank you to Kim, Lucie, Sunaina, and Simonida, and everyone else who worked behind the scenes. They guided me through countless hearings, applications, and difficult decisions, always taking the time to explain the legal process in plain English and ensuring I felt heard and represented. They were honest and realistic when they needed to be, and supportive when things got difficult. After years of litigation, we achieved an outcome that allows my son and me to continue rebuilding our relationship. While there is still work to be done, I genuinely believe that would not have been possible without the dedication, compassion, patience, and expertise of this team. Family law is about far more than paperwork and court hearings. It is about children, families, and people's lives. RWK Goodman never lost sight of that. They have my sincere gratitude for helping give my son, my family, and me the chance to be father, son, and family again.
