    From start to finsh i had the best solicitors..I will genuinely miss talking to simon and sarah. Nothing was ever to much i feel like they was part of my family for the past 8 years.     Excellent service

    I have been dealing with RWK for a while now specifically Simon Elliman. The knowledge, support and help we have had is next to none.     A job well done

    When I started my litigation claim I went in with some intrepidation because you dont know if your wasting everyones time. I also think I went in with rose tinted glasses! I thought that the NHS might learn from the mistakes made in my case, however, it came appartent that the value of the claim was more importnant. Over the three years I attended whatever appointment i needed to , to substantiate my claim. I attended a video link court where i got grilled by my barrister. That was an interesting experience. Shortly after this a doctor in my claim admitted fault. Then it became about the worth of my claim, Simon Ellieman and his team made me aware of thing in calculating the value of my claim that I hadn't considered or even thought of. The thing for anyone who thinks about taking out a litigation claim is that these people do for a living everyday and nothing is too much trouble. Simon was always totally transparent and explain everything in terms that I understood. My claim was sucessful.
