Professional, personable with excellent standards. I instructed Roisin O’Dubhlaoidh to assist me with a claim for compensation following an accident at a property which was undergoing renovation. The accident occurred as a result of simple health and safety protocols not being followed. As a result, I sustained significant, life-changing injuries. I waited some time before considering a claim but in the end, I couldn’t ignore the impact of the third party’s negligence, when my accident could have been so easily avoided had they have taken simple, inexpensive, precautions. I was fortunate to have a family friend who suggested that I instruct Roisin to help me with my claim. My entire experience under Roisin’s care and guidance was excellent from start to finish. I met her for the first time shortly before my case settled yet I felt that I had met her before because of how well she knew me and what was important to me in defining what my future would look like following the accident.
