Employment law help
I recently had a conflict with my employer regarding wage deductions related to an incomplete course. Exemplary support and service from beginning to end.
For anyone who has been called into a meeting to be told, out of the blue, 'Settlement Agreement' or 'go on a performance review' - you have my total empathy. This very situation happened to me recently and it was a real kick in the teeth. As luck would have it, my wife was in a similar situation a few months ago, had used Kate's expert service to resolve her dispute .. it was a no-brainer to get in touch and see how she could help. Without delving into too much detail (it has been a genuinely stressful experience) Kate's approach resulted in a significant better settlement offer. It seems that a number of employers think they know the law / can wing it and can offer the lowest (and offensive) offer in the hope that departing employees just take it ... out of shock if not anything else.
Having Kate support me through the ordeal provided real comfort in a genuine time of need. Really recommend.

I had a difficult and complicated situation with my employer of over 10 years.
