I came to Sophie in the middle of a really difficult tri-party employment situation, feeling out of my depth and worried I was going to be lowballed on a settlement I knew wasn't fair. From our very first conversation, she was calm, warm, and completely straightforward - no legal jargon, no scary tactics, just practical advice tailored to what I actually needed. Sophie was extraordinarily kind and helpful, going over and above, which meant so much, given I was between jobs and in such a stressful time in my personal life. She was proactive in catching issues/changes in the other side's paperwork that I would never have spotted, pushed firmly but professionally when the negotiation needed it, and always made me feel like she was fighting my corner without ever pressuring me into a decision I wasn't comfortable with. She also took the time to explain everything - what different clauses meant, what my realistic options were, and what the risks and trade-offs looked like at every stage. I never felt talked down to or rushed. In the end I got to a settlement I'm genuinely happy with, more than I was expecting, and I've come out of the process feeling supported rather than exhausted. If you're navigating anything similar, I'd recommend Sophie without hesitation.
