Employment advice

Gross misconduct disciplinary meeting.
From the beginning to the end, Kathryn was there every step of the way. Kathryn was very professional but also empathetic to my situation.
Kathryn's expertise really did help in having a dismissal outcome avoided.

Employment "TUPE" Issue
I had an initial meeting with Kathryn and I explained the work place issues I had experienced. After careful thought she described what options I had if I wanted to pursue a case against my employers. It was explained to me in a manner that I fully understood and the process going forward. I decided to proceed action against the company and with Kathryn`s guidance it was a successful outcome.

Professional experience with Kathryn
I founds LincsLaw easy to find online upon receiving a Settlement agreement from my employer. Within a matter of days I was going through the paperwork with Kathryn and she spend a great deal of time with me making sure I understood the paperwork and the consequences of signing it. All email communications were quick and to the point and I appreciated everything being able to be done over email/digitally. Would highly recommended LincsLaw and Kathryn Bolton especially.
