Empathetic, kind, patient and professional
Sophie helped me resolve an employment issue. From the very first phone call, the staff were all very friendly and prompt. Quick to answer and return phone calls, emails. Sophie was kind and patient with me, it's not often I've had to deal with matters of law so I wasn't feeling very confident but sophie took time to explain things to me and I was happy to take her recommendations. The outcome was better than I had hoped for and I attribute this to sophies evident knowledge of everything employment law.
I highly recommend Lincs Law.

Excellent service
Very pleased with my interactions with Sophie. I used the fixed fee consultation which gave me several hours with Sophie where she provided guidance and advice for a disciplinary matter I was facing at work.
We were able to arrange a teams call a few days after I originally spoke with Sophie and then the follow up was sent within 24 hours. My outcome was my preferred outcome and I'm very happy.

Knowledgable and Professional
Sophie considered every detail of my case at length, meticulously ensuring I fully understood each and every aspect. Excellent employment advice

Settlement Agreement

Employment tribunal handling and support
I cannot recommend Sophie and team more highly. My case was very tricky and complicated, Sophie's advice and support throughout was incredibly professional, diligent and through her attention to detail it assisted me greatly to reconcile with what had happened but also achieve a favourable outcome.

Helpful and affordable advice
I met with Sophie for 3 fixed fee interviews over the course of several months, and this was invaluable in advising me through an employment dispute when I was unable to afford another way to access legal advice/did not have insurance. She advised with filing my claims for employment tribunal, a preliminary hearing, and judicial mediation. I was able to settle with my former employers at mediation and felt comfortable with the process and the amount because of Sophie's advice. She was approachable, knowledgeable, easy to discuss issues with, clear, and helpfully honest. As someone who has never needed legal advice before or been involved in any dispute, I felt she was central to the whole situation being manageable for me. I would highly recommend her services.
