Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I was in an extremely difficult situation but when I spoke with Lucy, she was very knowledgeable and empathetic which was empowering. I have to say had it not been for Lucy's support and professional approach I would not have proceeded with the problems I faced with the employer.

Excellent work

Professional and efficient.
Excellent service from start to finish. I was almost at the point of a breakdown during the process and couldn't take much in. Lucy Stones and the admin team made the process simple and understandable for me and always gave me different options. Employment issue

Just Outstanding!
Lucy made me feel calm and comfortable and took on board my personal difficulties communicating my issues from the start. Always courteous and professional Lucy was honest and upfront about matters so I always knew where I stood. Just as important for me, I really felt Lucy and her team cared; I wouldn't have been able to move forward with my life as I have without the dedication, help and support I received. Bullying & Harassment Employment Dispute
Lucy was great throughout. She listened and pulled out the key grievances from my situation and presented these formally to my employer, who only then took notice about the seriousness of my claims. In the end, I achieved a very good outcome via the ACAS early conciliation service, with Lucy as my representative doing all of the negotiations on my behalf, and I am grateful for the excellent advice and support!
