    Excellent experience

    Since we approached Wakash about our legal matter he has been professional and approachable. He has dealt with matters within the time frame that was set and always been available if we had a specific query. He was very supportive of us having to participate in an online court appearance as we had no experience of this use of technology. I found his advice to be very useful and also realistic in what might be achieved. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family and indeed will do so in the future.

    Stuck in a legal rut? call Whiterose Blackmans Solicitors LLP. in 2017 we had new UPVc flush fit windows fitted to our three bedroom detached house. From the day the windows were fitted we had problems and issues. A question I often ask myself, time after time. Is why did I pay the full amount knowing I wasn’t 100% happy. The window company Ryburne Windows of Halifax kept fobbing us off with excuses after excuses. They had our money and we felt powerless to do anything. They didn’t even have a formal complaints procedure. Which they were supposed to have being a CERTASS member. The Director of Ryburne’s told us, “just keep on writing in as the buck stops with me”. After many letters of complaint to the window company and CERTASS - who are a complete waste of time. We decided after two and a half years of complaining we would instruct a Solicitor. We went to see Whiterose Blackmans Solicitors LLP armed with many documents and photos of the poorly fitted and poorly manufactured windows. Whiterose Blackmans Solicitors LLP instantly understood our predicament and agreed to take on our case. Despite all the photographical evidence and a joint independent Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors (RICS) report into the manufacture and installation of the windows. The window company still wouldn’t accept the findings of the Surveyor’s report. They even got a former associate of theirs recommended by CERTASS to do a desk top critic of the independent surveyor's report. They failed on their attempt to introducing it as evidence to the courts. Thanks to a robust defence from Whiterose Blackmans Solicitors LLP. With less than eight weeks before the reconvened hearing - May 2020, The window company decided to settle. After some tough negotiations by Whiterose Blackmans Solicitors LLP. We got our money back for the windows plus our legal expenses. This would never have been achieved if it wasn’t for Whiterose Blackmans Solicitors LLP. Whiterose Blackmans Solicitors LLP, a firm you can trust. 30th April 2020
