Michael headed up a small team but was always personally contactable by phone or email. This was a difficult sale of a period property and was handled with great skill and foresight. At no point in the transaction did Michael introduce any noticeable administrative delays, which enabled exchange and completion to happen at pace. This is the third property sale in which I have needed to instruct a solicitor and this was by far the best experience of the three. I hope to do business with Stock Denton again in the future.
