Michelle graduated from the Open University in 2013 with an LLB (hons) degree. She proceeded with her practice courses and completed her exams through Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, concentrating on Wills, probate, conveyancing and client care. She is now a graduate from CILEX and a Fellow. Michelle started her legal journey with a firm of solicitors in London which specialised in personal injury litigation. Michelle ventured into the private client area of law whilst looking after her young family and now enjoys working within the private client sector. Her experience in the administration of estates ranges from small estates through to large complex estates. She has dealt with accounting to the HM Revenue & Customs regarding inheritance tax after completing the complex IHT 400 forms. These accounts can be complicated even in what might appear to be the simplest estates. Michelle is also a Will writer and is experienced in listening to her clients to establish what their wishes are for their Wills, giving information regarding the complexities of inheritance tax and gently guiding clients through the Will writing procedure. She has received recommendations from past clients as she has a warm and caring approach whilst being professional when dealing with bereaved families and Executors when advising on administering estates. Applying for Probate can be a laborious procedure but with Michelle’s experience she is able to administer estates efficiently and adheres to client care and due diligence. QUALIFICATIONS CILEX LLB (hons) INTEREST Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and two young children. She also enjoys films, reading books and keeping fit.
