A very long and hard road , my ex husband put many hurdles in my way, mental abuse verbal abuse , noncompliant , with anything the courts asked him to do.

Bruna offered me advice before my first family court hearing and this helped me to write a sucsessful position statement and proposal. She was really attentive to the details I was giving her and advised me well. I felt as if she really heard me and understood the type of relationship I had with my ex. She was focused on what was in my children's best interest and reasonable. I used Brunas services again recently to help with my final statement and with a deadline of a week she managed to pull something out of the bag which helped end all pettiness that had arisen so far in the court room and made it completely about my children and what they deserve and need. The magistrates could see the effort and time that had gone into my final statement and really took on board my wants for my children and ultimately helped me reach the outcome I was hoping for. This is the second time I have had to use Family First, having successfully obtained a court order giving me access to my daughter. A few years in and the relationship had broken down further, contact was getting less and more difficult, and eventually it stopped all together. I went back to Family First and the advice I have been given was exactly what I needed, not what I thought I wanted. This is important because the system needs to be navigated carefully and FF are experts at this. So much so, that I now have a new order in place, more contact time, and more caveats that benefit me and my daughter. Although the cost can be daunting, I was given fair warning about impending bills, and even had payment plans in place to help with the burden. All in all, I am very happy with the service (and of course, the outcome) and would happily recommend the team to anyone looking for expert advice and guidance during what can only be described as the most difficult period of my life. Thank you Bruna (plus counsel) for all your hard work and dedication to the cause. I couldn't have done it without you.

I contacted Family First Solicitors after my wife and I decided we should separate and seek help in obtaining a divorce. Separating after 25 years of marriage is a very difficult and challenging situation and Family First have helped my wife and I through the process. After an original meeting with Bruna one of the companies solicitors it was decided to go ahead seek divorce and she helped us through the process and was very understanding and supportive toward us both. The process was completed easily and was not necessary to attend any meetings in person after the original consultation as we were kept up to date of the progress every step of the way. Stella, another member of the solicitor team has also been supportive of our situation and the sensitive matters involved and has always been happy to answer any questions we may have had. Being granted a divorce takes time from initial consultation to final approval but I can only say a massive thanks to all at Family First Solicitors.

I have approached Famy first when going through my divorce. I had had a great experience. Bruna was very knowledgeable and she always told me what the outcome would be instead of giving me false hope. The most important was to get out of the divorce in a comfortable position, get to an agreement to avoid court and still have my kids best interest at heart. That was all achieved at affordable cost. After a very bad and expensive situation with a different solicitor i recieved assistance from Family First Solicitors on a Pay as you go basis. Bruna was extremely helpful and gave great advice to help with my financial matters for my divorce. I'm hoping I won't need the use of a solicitor for this again, but if I do I will definately go to Bruna again.
