I qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and spent the early part of my career at several boutique family law firms, before joining Greens in January 2023. I am Head of the private family team which deals with divorce and money cases, children’s proceedings, and protective orders. I have been instructed by high-net-worth individuals in matters relating to divorces, financial relief, and private child arrangements, and has regularly acted in multi-million-pound divorces, involving complex financial issues, such as avoidance of disposition orders, cases involving intervenors, pre-nuptial agreements and international assets.

Family court

Julie and Rachel have been fantastic throughout my whole case. As a father I was being denied access to my daughter and was a victim of controlling behaviour, with access becoming less and less. Julie represented me in court and came across very well, she was professional and hard working throughout. In the final hearing , Julie also represented myself well in court including providing an extremely detailed submission . I had some ups and downs in this journey which Julie and Rachel were always there for me and providing excellent legal advice. I know have a fantastic order , which will improve my daughters upbringing, I couldn’t be more thankful. I appreciate all Julie’s and Rachel’s hard work . Thanks Stefan
