    I will shout from the rooftops at how brilliant this firm is, not once have I had to chase them up! as a first time buyer from Newcastle I’ve had a few bad experience with mortgage advisors in Newcastle, until I found a absolute gem, called Armenal Dodds, who’s from Sunderland and then this firm was recommended by family. I’m originally from Sunderland so I trust Sunderland people more to get the job right. They have been so quick to do everything, the searches etc. I’ve heard horror stories that it takes months and months to buy a house but for me it’s only been just about 3 months! Rebecca Downey and Jackie Rutherford are absolutely brilliant. Rebecca has been such a gem and also the receptionist I love her cheery demeanor whenever I ring, and she’s always said my name right which I really appreciate. I love this firm and no doubt I will use them again and will 100% recommend them.

    We’ve used Longden, Walker and Renney twice now for moving house and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. Jackie and her team (shout to Linda too) are excellent solicitors. They are very proactive and were consistently ahead of other solicitors in the chain in proceeding our house move. One huge pro we found about LWR is that they are excellent at communicating. If you email their team, you always get an email reply in the same day, and usually within a couple of hours - we found during our last two house moves that this is rare! When our house move went terribly wrong due to the incompetence of other solicitors, they went above and beyond their regular duties to get us moved, which we really appreciated. Really couldn’t recommend them more highly.
