Jenny was an absolute pleasure to work with, always there to answer questions, very responsive and always provided regular updates without being asked. Clinical negligence case
I have had the pleasure to be represented by Jenny Tetlow of Higgs solicitors recently. Jenny was very professional , friendly and knowledgeable. Jenny kept me upto date at all times and appreciated my position. Jenny understood the emotional aspect and how it could effect me as well as the need to concentrate on the intricacies of the case. I felt comfortable asking any questions and was always confident in her ability and professional knowledge to do the best she could for me. This made a situation that could well have been hard , a lot easier and less stressful which I am so grateful for. The outcome was very good considering the obstacles that were put in our way which Jenny delt with professionaly and patiently at all times.

Clinical negligence claim
Jenny took my case on although it was an extremely difficult case in which to prove liability.
Jenny was professional and very personable answering all of my questions and queries.
The case took around 3 years to finalise due to the defendants lack of co operation, but she continued to chase the matter with regular updates.
I wouldn't hesitate to use her in any future legal matter.
