    Exceptional outcome with lease extension for my flat

    When I was thinking of a lease extension for my flat, I was very worried. I didn't know how to go about it and was also aware that this isn't an easy process.     Great service at a very reasonable fee

    Karina Kapur looked after us during a very long drawn and tricky transaction where the residents were trying to acquire the freehold of their building. The freehold title was riddled with charges and the seller - a firm specialised in selling distressed assets - was very unmotivated. Karina, who is very knowledgeable in property matters, was relentless in chasing them and painstakingly researching and having all the charges removed. She did an amazing job and got us the results we were hoping for. She negotiated well on our behalf and always had our best interest at heart. She also was kind with her fees level. I couldn't recommend her or her legal firm more.
