I'm quite elderly and wanted to sell my house and move to be closer to my daughter. Needless to say, this was a daunting prospect. Tracey and Amanda at Gowen were both excellent. Very patient and explained everything clearly. My son helped too, but the whole process was very easy. The team's responses were clear and timely, which reduced the stress a great deal. We've used other solicitors, for conveyancing in the past, who were not anywhere near as good!
