Smooth from beginning to end.

Koysor Miah and all his staff handled the conveyancing of our mums sale in a highly professional and smooth manner.
We were kept informed at every stage.
Naturally , Impatience on our part came into play , but we were never in any doubt that they were doing their best for a speedy completion.

Koysor and the team were so patient, professional and supportive.

We had a very complicated transition and Koysor was always checking in to make sure things were moving in the right direction and his input and professionalism when things got very complicated were invaluable.

We were also very impressed with Angela, always remaining calm, immediately responsive and extremely knowledgeable.

Louise and the team have been very helpful in arranging the extension of the lease on my flat in Sutton. They quoted a competitive price for the service and the price didn't change, even though I am aware that sometimes things can crop up that might affect it. I would definitely recommend Gowen & Stevens for property lease extensions.
