I obtained a Distinction in my LPC which I studied on a part time basis at BPP in London whilst working full time at another local firm. I had approximately 5 years experience in dealing with Claimant medical negligence claims before qualifying in April 2017. Whilst the types of claims I deal with vary, having had experience in medical claims from surgical errors to catastrophic brain injury claims, I have a particular interest in fatal accident claims, pressure sore cases, cases involving injuries to children and claims where the victim has committed suicide as a result of medical errors.
