    I have no hesitation in recommending their services

    I approached Nicholls Law to help me recover a £20,000 investment which was legally owed to me but was not being paid. I had exhausted every conceivable tactic as an individual to pressurise the company and extract my money over a period of 12 months and in the end I was compelled to follow through on my threat of legal action. As a hardened cynic I held out little hope of recovery, even by legal means, and the loss of £20,000 plus legal expenses on top seemed like a huge risk. In the first instance Paul Nicholls handled my case and was immediately able to offer a strategy for recovery which would ensure a far swifter resolution via insolvency proceedings compared to the alternative route via the county courts which I had previously considered. Legal expenses were a huge concern, especially in light of the £20,000 owing to me as well, but the firm were absolutely transparent about the current and future costs of their advice, offering us the opportunity to cap our expenses and to reassess our position at each stage of the proceedings. This meant we were able to carefully control our expenses without any surprises at all. At the second stage of the strategy which we employed, Noel Carroll took over the management of my case. Noel was equally as professional, expert and timely in his response to my queries as Paul had been in the first instance. The strategy employed did take time but in the end we were able to recover the full £20,000 plus £4,000 compensation, within the space of 8 months. However, Noel kept me updated regularly and spent time weighing the risks of each stage of the process. These guys were utterly professional and absolutely invaluable. In an impersonal age of disappointing customer service, Nicholls Law were able to offer first class client care that exceeded my expectations, not simply in terms of outcome but also in terms of delivery. We are now seeking their advice on producing a Will in light of a recent house purchase and growing family.
