I instructed BTTJ when I purchased my home 26 years ago and, again, 10 years later when I took on sole ownership of the property. The experiences were entirely positive so when I decided to sell, I had no hesitation in going back to them. Diane Latham had been brilliant when I had last engaged with BTTJ and so I was delighted to see that she was still there. I felt entirely confident entering into the (new to me) house selling process and I was not disappointed. Diane (ably assisted by Jo) is an accomplished professional whilst remaining approachable and friendly. I was guided and supported throughout and didn't have to chase anything up as I was kept informed and any issues were pre-empted. Nothing was too much trouble - even staying until 6.30 in the evening so I could get there to sign documents! I cannot recommend them more highly.

Diane persevered with myself and the purchase through some very challenging weeks when it appeared that that the purchase was imminently going to collapse due to ongoing delays that were out of our control.
