Mark is very diligent and quick to respond. He speaks in plain English and is always clear to outline expectations and outcomes. I have just instructed him for the third time in 3 years so this should say it all.

The level of service was as good as I could imagine. Mark was very prompt in replying to all my emails. He was always friendly and always professional. I was particularly impressed that he replied several times to my questions at weekends and in the evening

Brindley Twist Tafft & James handled the conveyancing of my flat sale in Nuneaton. First class service and kept me informed of all the developments as the procedure went on. Mark Cooper and Mohammed Kasujee were excellent in explaining all the steps and documentation to me. Louise Langstone was very nice to be in contact with for any queries I had. Mohammed was very good to the point of dealing with the last day of the sale on the phone to me at gone 17:00 as the other parties legal side were a bit lagging, that is a very polite word for the term I would have used! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their services. Thank you team, regards Pat Banks

We had a very good experience with BTTJ in Coventry. Mohammed and Mark were very helpful, friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I visited the office a few times and the reception staff were always very friendly and helpful too. I would highly recommend.
