    Totally brilliant!

    Mark Cooper was a great solicitor. He kept my elderly mother up to speed with the sale of her house at all times. He was kind and reassuring and his advice was good and put my mother's interests first. The whole procedure was smooth and quick which made a very stressful situation far easier. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    I contacted around 8-10 solicitor firms between Banbury, Leamington Spa & Coventry to get a statutory declaration authorised and Mark Cooper of the Coventry branch was the only one to get in contact with me. He was able to arrange a face to face appointment with me within a week & was kind, friendly and knows his stuff!     Brindley Twist Tafft & James handled the conveyancing of my flat sale in Nuneaton. First class service and kept me informed of all the developments as the procedure went on. Mark Cooper and Mohammed Kasujee were excellent in explaining all the steps and documentation to me. Louise Langstone was very nice to be in contact with for any queries I had. Mohammed was very good to the point of dealing with the last day of the sale on the phone to me at gone 17:00 as the other parties legal side were a bit lagging, that is a very polite word for the term I would have used!     We had a very good experience with BTTJ in Coventry. Mohammed and Mark were very helpful, friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
