The communication was good, but I felt I ended up being charged more than I was told the whole process should be. I was told, between December 2022 and April 2023, that the price would be £360 to complete all the action.
In April 2023, the Solicitor decided that, because there was a house involved and things between me and my wife were not being split equally (which I had told them originally we had both agreed this was the situation), the Solicitors then decided that they had to charge me by the hour: £240 for the "main" Solicitor and £120 for the trainee Solicitor.
Everytime the Solicitor got in contact they want me to "top up" my account with £500 - which I couldn't afford to do and I told them so. I gave them as much as I could afford.
By the time they had finished I had paid nearly £3,000 for what I consider was a straightforward divorce.
Although I have been told about other services I may wish to use, I do not have any plans to contact the Solicitor again.

You all have been extremely professional and all the staff i have spoken to have been very friendly to speak to.

Excellent service and advice
I contacted Endeavour Law for assistance with my financial remedy matter. I tried to save costs and do this myself but the matter became complex and I was out of my depth. I found support and advice without judgment or criticism. Hayley put me back on track and represented me well to a fair resolution of what was an extremely stressful situation. 10/10!

Divorce and financial order.
I am currently using Endeavour Law for my divorce and financial matter. So far I have been pleased with how my ongoing case is moving along, Hayley and Ryan have been most helpful and reassuring when I have had tricky forms to complete. They are polite and always answer my email quiries within a day. I am hoping that they can get the best possible outcome for me that doesn't cost me the earth asap. I would recommend this company only try to communicate through email or what's app as phone calls are so expensive.

Feedback of Financial Remedy
When I made contact about divorce proceedings, I felt that I had given clear information about the circumstances between me and my wife, so that what I would pay was for a set fee service. I have ended up paying a lot more than I thought I was going to be doing. Also, I have on 2 occasions been asked to put £1,000 on my client account - something I can’t afford to do each time I am asked for more money - we’ll not unless I didn’t pay the mortgage for 2 months, which if I didn’t the house would be repossessed. I need to be able to keep the house going as it’s part of the financial package for sorting out the divorce.
This last time I could only put £500 into the account.
I had already said this by email. Instead of sending another email to re-iterate this, , I just rang up to say I was only paying £500 and had the money transferred from my account. Also, I have had at least one occasion where I feel I have had to repeat information. In the beginning, I filled in a form about the Solicitor of my estranged wife and sent this back with the statement of information form by post. I was told by Endeavour that they didn’t have the Solicitor details.
I then emailed the information to Endeavour.
On a positive note, I feel that Ryan and Hayley have been very efficient in replying to enquiries I have had.
However, I do wonder when this process will be completed with Endeavour as the final part of the proceedings was started with them in
December 2022.
