When I was looking for a solicitor to represent me, I was looking for someone who had my back. Who would give me clear advice, and would be tenacious to get the outcome that I wanted. When I spoke to Charlotte, (Newman) I knew that’s what I was getting. What I didn’t want and certainly didn’t get was a solicitor who is a member of RESOLUTION. A solicitor who is non confrontational, someone who would be all too nice. NO I wanted a solicitor who had my back Anyway Charlotte was great, we got the result that we were after. It was regarding spousal maintenance, which the court said I should pay (20years ago) until she either re married or death, (why would she ever re marry, she had a free meal ticket for life) OUTCOME :— I no longer have to pay. Conclusion:— If you need a solicitor for family law, ring these guys, I’m sure that they will get you the best result. No solicitors are cheap, but Charlotte was good value for money Thank you, and all the best for the future.

Charlotte went above and beyond to fight my case and not only that she was an open ear when things seemed overwhelming. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlotte to anyone as she is one of the most genuine people you will meet. Finding the right solicitor was a real challenge as I needed someone who would first put me at ease during the whole process regarding child/financial matters. I first contacted Stowe but decided to go elsewhere before eventually returning to them and having the pleasure of being represented by Charlotte Newman. There are not enough words to describe how fantastic Charlotte was. How Charlotte balanced her approach to a sensitive children case but then switched to a laser-focused approach when dealing with financial matters was impeccable. It’s probably a tired old cliché, but Charlotte was always there for me during some pretty challenging times, and to be perfectly honest, she was my first port of call when dealing with difficult situations. Charlotte’s calm and precise demeanour took the pressure out of the situation and gave me the strength to deal with what was in front of me. Her advice during this lengthy process has been swift/balanced and extremely accurate every time. I won't forget the time Charlotte gave up for those long emotional calls during a stressful lead-up to Christmas. Trying to sum up into words what Stowe Family Law achieved for me is virtually impossible. From the outset i had a meeting with Charlotte Newman, time was taken to listen to my case, understand my needs and set clear end goals. Unfortunately for myself my case was one hell of a rocky road that threw up daily challenges and on occasions being a matter of urgency. Knowing i had Charlotte with her calming voice and a driving passion to make my case a success made the days where it felt like giving up not an option. Days when it felt like everything and more was being thrown Charlotte never backed down from the task. On the tough days when required Charlotte would be seen to be keeping me up to date with progress from 6am in the morning to gone 10pm at night. As a single Dad fighting to see his son and Charlotte being in my corner is up there with one of the best decisions i ever made allowing Charlotte to represent me. I honestly cant speak highly enough of Charlotte and will forever be in her debt after what she achieved. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone in a heart beat with no second thoughts. I went through an extremely difficult divorce however, the professionalism and expertise from Charlotte was exceptional throughout. In the end, Stowe Solicitors enabled me to get everything I wanted from the proceedings, and I am really happy with my outcome. Whilst Stowe solicitors are particularly expensive, you can expect to get a high quality of service from them.
