I am so grateful to have been out in touch with Newman Family Law. It had only been 5 weeks since leaving my partner when I was served and needed to be in court within 3 days of being served- my ex wanted full custody of our child. When I was referred to Newman Family Law, and the founding partner Charlotte, I felt heard and I got the sense that she genuinely wanted to help- which meant a lot and made them standout from the various firms I was reaching out to. Long story short, I have shared care over my daughter which is exactly what I was fighting for. Charlotte is highly ethical and a very skilled lawyer- how she first dealt with case in a two day turnaround was spectacular and speaks to her incredible competence, diligence and commitment to deliver as instructed. These proceedings are emotionally draining and can cloud one’s judgement at times, but I’m grateful that she always centered her advice on giving me the best outcome- which is access to my daughter. I highly recommend her services- you’re matter will be in good hands🙂
