Revision of Will
Required slight update to existing will due to family changes. Will is probably quite straight forward but just wanted it to be brought up to date and "tidied" up. Had initial meeting within a couple of days of enquiring, one or two phone calls clarifying points, then signing of Will just over two weeks from initial appointment. Solicitor (Peter Durham) was very personable and helpful, and I would certainly recommend and use again if necessary.

Guidance After Unexpected Death of My Husband
Peter Durham has been a great help to me, explaining the legal requirements appertaining to my husband's unexpected death. He has guided me through an area totally alien to myself and we are almost finished. I cannot thank him enough for his patience.

Wills Creation

Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate
Contacted Peter about Dad's Will and Power of Attorney. He came and seen Dad at home and had it sorted within 10 days. Was very impressed how quick it was done, after Dad passed away I contacted Peter to sort Will out and Probate. Was again this was all sorted quickly. Peter is now dealing with the sale of my Dad's house.
I would highly recommend this company for their good service.

Very Happy Client
I was kept informed from day one what was going to happen with the Will and Power of Attorneys for me and I am very happy with Peter Durham as everything was made clear to me and being an old lady of 81 years I can sometimes not take everything in all at once but Peter very carefully explained things as he went along. He mare what I thought might have been hard for me very easy to understand.

Very professional service
When my Aunt passed her wishes were that Hathaway’s dealt with her estates but due to certain events her file was passed to Samuel Phillips and Peter Durham ,
Peter was extremely helpful in numerous items dealing with my Aunts estate and was very professional and responsive to all my questions.
I cannot thank him enough for dealing with the estate and to all the members who had dealings with the sale of Sandra’s property at Wesley Street , Brooke March for one of a few

Amazing Service - Emergency Will
When I suddenly needed a Will to ensure that my estate didn't pass to the wrong person, Peter Durham arranged the initial meeting for as soon as possible. He is both friendly and professional, and overall very easy to talk to about the difficult details of making a will, as well as providing excellent, easy to understand advice regarding the benefits of a letter of wishes or supporting statement.
10 out of 10, would use again.
