The service was efficient everything including costs was explained. The paperwork was done in a timely fashion and the final signing was done locally despite the main office being in Newcastle.

Updating Will
I wished to update my Will and contacted Samuel Phillips Law firm with a view to expedite this. I was contacted quickly by Mr P Durham who was very pleasant, extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and explained the process to update with very helpful advice in an easy to understand manner.
I received a draft will to check and all queries were answered quickly.
I met with Mr Durham at Samuel Phillips Law office, he explained very clearly everything regarding my will, the changes I asked for, and this was duly signed.
I have received via email, a copy of my Will, the registration certificate and letters pertaining to the matter.
Mr Durham made this a pleasant experience and what I thought might be difficult, with his help and advice was extremely easy.
I can only thank him for his help and advice in updating my Will to a satisfactory conclusion, giving me peace of mind that all is in place as I would wish.

Excellent Service
Peter was extremely helpful in the making of our Wills. He was well equipped with knowledge and experience to assist us and answered any questions quickly and sufficiently. He was also very flexible with meeting with us at the firm's Sunderland branch. Could not recommend Peter and the team at Samuel Phillips Law enough. Good value for the service also.

We had a good idea of what we wanted in our Wills but found the conversation we had with Peter Durham clarified the details needed and drafts of the Wills were provided. After further conversation the content was confirmed and the Wills were signed. A simple, stress free process.

Will renunciation and Probate
It was a very stressful time for us, especially when grieving for a loved one who passed away suddenly.
Peter Durham from Samuel Phillips law firm was amazing from start to finish.
He was professional, informative and most importantly he kept in contact. He always responded to all of our queries. When he went on annual leave, his supervisor Felicity took over until he returned.
We would highly recommend this law firm.
