Nice solicitor.
It wasn't the best start, slow to get started and not good communication. I actually thought I had paid money to a fake company. The app isn't very useful and emails were unanswered for days. The only way to communicate was by phone which was slow, sometimes it took 15 minutes to get through. Eventually I spoke to my solicitor and realised some work had been done. It was still slow for a while but If I spoke to my solicitor, she was very nice, she had to deal with a long chain and a new build at the top. Other solicitors in the chain caused delays and complications but our solicitor was patient and always supportive although her assistant made a couple of mistakes. Things did get a lot better as we moved on and I am grateful to our solicitor that she got the job done. We had 5 failed attempts at exchanging contracts, which were not PM's fault and I felt like our solicitor went out of her way to help, making a call on her day off. If it wasn't for the slow start, I would be happy to recommend or use again and would give 5 stars. After all, it was good value with no hidden extras.

Not bad when pushed
I believe they were thorough however relatively slow to respond to communications or to action tasks but I have never met a conveyancer that can go quickly!
