Yasar is a director and founding partner of SMA Solicitors. He graduated from University in 2009 having read law he went on to complete his Legal Practice Course in 2011 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2014. Yasar’s impressive career saw him begin work in the immigration field where he obtained over 12 years of valuable experience in both the legal field and client care. His knowledge of the law and stellar case preparation has led to his involvement in important country guidance cases in the Upper Tribunal and Court of Appeal where some of the most important and compelling cases are heard. He has extensive experience in all areas of immigration law including entry clearance, asylum, deportation, the Points-Based System (PBS), indefinite leave to remain (settlement), applications under the EU Settlement Scheme and much more. In addition to work in the Court of Appeal and Upper Tribunal, Yasar has in depth experience and knowledge of applications for permission to bring judicial review proceedings against Home Office and government decisions. In addition to being a director and founding partner of the firm, Yasar is also the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration.
