      I am very disappointed with the service I received from this solicitor. I paid £2000 for my asylum case and expected proper legal support, especially because my situation was urgent. After my asylum refusal under Section 94, I was detained the same day and taken to an immigration detention centre. Despite the urgency of my case, the solicitor was unable to cancel my first removal ticket. I was told that they tried to find a barrister to take my case for a Judicial Review, but no barrister agreed to take it. Only one day before my removal they submitted a fresh claim, which was clearly too late to stop the deportation. As a result, I was detained and deported from the UK. This was an extremely traumatic experience for me. I was a person with no criminal record, living in private accommodation and trying to follow the legal process. I trusted this solicitor to properly represent me, but I feel that not enough was done to protect my case or stop my removal.
