There isn’t a solicitor in the world who can guarantee the outcome you want but we worked collaboratively with Kate and her team and on the occasion where one of our opinions differed we were always able to take stock and work through to the most practicable route forward. The statistics to achieve the positive outcome we did together was and still is extremely low but through everyone’s expertise, collaboration and problem solving skills we moved mountains and went a long way to safeguarding and ensuring a child had a balanced life, with both parents having a 50:50 shared care arrangement. I felt heard, and supported, when I spoke to Kate for the first time. This was at the very start of what would be a traumatic seperation from my wife, lasting six long months. I can be a very difficult person to deal with but Kate grasped this from the get go. I also have severe ADHD. Kate implemented a traffic light system with regards to the documents I needed to read through, and in turn use to mediate with. This, for me, took away a lot of stress as I knew I wouldn't miss anything vital in our mediation sessions. Her team were great and worked in the background preparing me for battle. Money well spent? For sure. Fun, engaging, professional, honest - she cut to the chase a few times with me and an overall enjoyable experience with Kate. I would not even pause breath putting her forward as a first class solicitor.

What was great is that my son's needs were always put first which is sometimes hard to do.
