My relationship with FLP began shortly before the first lockdown, only ending more than three years later after a protracted divorce process drawn, out further by court backlogs and pandemic-related delays. FLP were a delight to work with: thoroughly professional and courteous at all times. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to carefully explain the intricacies of process that can at times be complex and stressful. I cannot recommend them highly enough - lovely people to work with.
Charlotte provided wise counsel in challenging circumstances to protect the interests of her client. Advice was both measured and balanced thereby gaining a favourable outcome without recourse to the costs of court. Detailed explanations were given to proposed courses of action. Importantly, Charlotte offered constructive review of client proposals before their submission and any adjustment made to such proposals was arrived at by shared dialogue. She was sensitive to the needs of her client breaking more complex aspects of the matter into clearly, understood components. Outcome through negotiation was a central tenet of the process. Highly approachable, we are most grateful for the service she provided to our family.
