Great experience within a stressful matter!
My experience with Tim Jones and Leanne Latham was very positive. From my initial enquiry, to the finalised settlement agreement. Both Leanne and Tim have been very quick in both responding and moving the process along. Both were able to offer clear and supportive guidance and Tim provided legal advice in an easy to understand manner.
Both Leanne and Tim made this process a whole lot easier. I met Tim feeling very anxious about the whole situation but I left feeling at ease and confident I was making the right decision.

Removal of executor and eviction.
Tim has had experience in similar cases to ours, which gave us confidence in his ability. He was very professional throughout the two court cases he dealt with and produced a successful result for both. Good communication throughout with a sense of humour to lighten the stressful situation.

Above and beyond
I had that absolute pleasure of dealing with Tim he went above and beyond through out

Superb service from start to finish
Tim Jones is a consummate professional standing head and shoulders above any solicitor I have dealt with.
