Creation of a short term licence

At short notice we needed assistance to create a short term licence for a third party to rent part of our community sports club facilities. Would not recommend to anyone wanting a smooth and stress-free experience. 3 months later I am still dealing with issues that I was told had been sorted by my solicitor (Shona) at the time of purchasing my property. Terrible communication and service, choose to ignore you as soon as your sale goes through. AVOID!
