Absolutely useless. Rang them about a matter, was told someone would call me back, they never did. Rang again the next day, same thing. Rang again the next day, same thing. Went in to see what was going on, was told no one was available, they would call me. They never did. For some reason I later approached them again about a different matter, was told someone would ring me back. They never did.

Absolutely poor. That's all I got say never known anything like the service.

Would not recommend to anyone wanting a smooth and stress-free experience. 3 months later I am still dealing with issues that I was told had been sorted by my solicitor (Shona) at the time of purchasing my property. Terrible communication and service, choose to ignore you as soon as your sale goes through. AVOID!
