I honestly can’t thank Healys enough for helping me through a property exchange that came with an inheritance. It was already an emotional situation, made even more challenging by a complex and, at times, quite fractious family dynamic. Healys navigated all of this expertly, with real kindness, patience, and grace, which made an enormous difference during a very difficult period. This was actually the second firm I tried, after a pretty frustrating experience with the first. That firm felt cold and impersonal, like dealing with a call centre or an automated system. Communication was slow, mistakes kept happening, and it was hard to feel confident or properly supported. Switching to Healys was the best decision I made. Yes, they were more expensive, but the difference in quality, care, and service was immediately obvious. The team were approachable, clear, and genuinely empathetic, and I always felt like I knew what was going on and what the next steps were, even when things were complicated or sensitive. I also want to give a special mention to Natalie, the paralegal, who was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly quick to respond, always patient, and never made me feel like any question was too small or inconvenient. Whether something was simple or more complex, she took the time to explain it properly and, most importantly, she genuinely cared. Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding!

Her team, especially Harriette Sutherland, was extremely efficient in processing our final funds, including managing the transfer of the sale surplus into our purchase file and confirming our final balance down to the penny.
