First class conveyancing
We moved house in June 2022.
Owen & Co provided a first-rate service for selling our house and buying the new one.
Despite some issues with retrospective building regs and issues with our buyer's on-line solicitor we were still ready to exchange within 8 weeks.
Owen & Co were happy to provide weekly updates on progress on the phone or in person. They always answered the phone and replied to emails to provide updates and give advice. All included in their fixed price quote.

Went quiet when things got difficult
Nice people to meet, but when my sale became slightly more difficult than normal (cladding checks and fire safety checks needed from Management Agency) they went quiet and were no help at all. Would recommend only if you’re confident your sale/purchase will be straightforward.
