Sophie and Tayla-Mae ensured the smooth process of selling my house. Communication was exceptional and they were always there to answer and deal with any queries I had. The process was quick and everything dealt with in a timely manner. Highly recommended
Juliet, Tayla and Sophie were all very helpful and pro-active in getting us over the finish line. They had to deal with our buyers' and their solicitors' untold delays, through a series of missed dates for exchange and completion, with very little communication from either our buyers or their solicitors as to what was causing their delays. The moral of the story: instruct a local, dependable and trusted team such as Owen & Co, rather than, as our buyers did, a "factory farm conveyancing firm at the other end of the country". We highly recommend Owen & Co.

Owen&co have dealt with our many issues over the years, from divource,financial, child arrangements, and now WILLS and LPA,we as a family would never use anyone else,they are very very professional,you arrive in a state and leave as tho your in the best hands and you definitely are,Mr Owen and Miss bowden makesure from the time you meet them to the time you win, you are told what's happening nothing is to much trouble you are in the best hands .
We moved house in June 2022. Owen & Co provided a first-rate service for selling our house and buying the new one. Despite some issues with retrospective building regs and issues with our buyer's on-line solicitor we were still ready to exchange within 8 weeks. Owen & Co were happy to provide weekly updates on progress on the phone or in person. They always answered the phone and replied to emails to provide updates and give advice. All included in their fixed price quote. Very happy to recommend them.

Nice people to meet, but when my sale became slightly more difficult than normal (cladding checks and fire safety checks needed from Management Agency) they went quiet and were no help at all. Would recommend only if you’re confident your sale/purchase will be straightforward.
