Stephanie has exclusively worked in the area of Wills, Trusts & Probate for 9 years. She specialises in Wills (including high net worth clients); Attorneyships (both Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney) and advising clients in relation to Inheritance Tax. Steph has experience in Court of Protection matters – particularly in the management of general financial matters and the preparation of Deputy Reports. Additionally, Stephanie has dealt with the administration of Trusts and Estates and obtaining grants of probate in simple estates. Stephanie has attained an LLB Law with French LLB (Hons) at the University of Birmingham and completed her LPC at the College of Law. She is currently working towards her STEP Diploma in order to attain full accreditation as a Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEPs) practitioner.
