Efficient, friendly service
We have used Belcher Addison several times now, for conveyancing on properties bought at auction. These are time bounded, if you don't complete in the required timescale then you incur penalties, Keri has never let us down on this despite our best attempts to throw in the odd "curve ball". We have also used Keri's team for conveyancing on a personal house purchase which was less than straightforward, the communication and attention to detail on this was excellent. Good value for money and also very clear, we used them on a separate legal matter and they were very upfront about the scope they could provide and when was the time to seek more specialist guidance. The whole team are friendly and willing to help, the follow through on the Land Registry post completion is very thorough. I would highly recomend.

Conveyancing
We cannot recommend Belcher Addison highly enough. Both Kerri and Angie were so lovely to work with over this last few months and nothing was ever too much trouble. Responses were extremely prompt and getting in touch was very easy. They both worked so hard to ensure the sale of our property went through as quickly as it could. I would definitely use Belcher Addison again.

Residential conveyancing
Old family connection with this local firm. I am a solicitor myself and felt satisfied with the standard of care I received. Keri was prompt especially compared to the others in the chain.
Despite this house purchase being my fourth attempt in a year, the team did not lose patience with me.
A few months ago, I recommended Belchers to a friend.

House Purchase - First class service and professional
Seamless service from start to finish. Keri and Angie help us with our house purchase. Keri is always available and seems to be working all hours. She responds to questions at weekends. When she receives updates late in the day (early evening), she would still convey the information rather than wait until the following morning. Communication from Belcher Addison is excellent. Everything is done and handled in a timely, profession and clear manner. They are proactive in keeping me update to date, giving me notice and reminding when an action is due (from me). It was a great experience, completely stress free. Highly recommended. Would definitely use again.

All round excellent service
I’ve used BA twice now for property transactions and both times they have been brilliant.
The latest was a BTL sale which dragged on due to the buyer for months. Both Keri and Angie delivered a friendly and professional service throughout.
