Truly outstanding - Alanna white
I live in Australia having moved there from England. My mum and siblings still live in the UK and the oldest sister has started to experience several problems occurring relating to our mum. She contacted us with concerns and I started to investigate ways of assisting. I spent several nights phoning and contacting several legal firms from Australia and Belcher Addison - Alanna White, was one of the people I managed to speak to trying to find any information I could. From the moment she spoke with me I felt instantly at ease knowing that she was completely competent and knowledgeable in every concern I had. She didn't just race to the discussion of costs for consultation but was considerate, caring and really listened to what I had to say. She spent some time trying to explain things and trying to point me in the right direction, in short she went over and beyond trying to assist. I explained that I would be coming to England and may be back in contact. After arriving in England a few days later as a family we got together and discussed how to move forward and get the correct help and support we need for mum. I explained to my sisters ALL the legal people I had spoken to and asked them to trust my judgement and come along to Belcher Addison and meet with Alanna. I spoke with her again and made the appointment. Mum and her 3 daughters had a meeting at the office and can I say, each and every one of us were completely blown away by the way Alanna handled the whole situation. With very little time to prepare all the paperwork and get everything in place that required sorting, she managed to rearrange her schedule to accommodate the little time we had before we all had to go our seperate ways again. She was kind, caring, approachable, patient, knowledgeable and gentle towards mums needs whilst maintaining total professionalism. We managed to get everything sorted and have now all gone back to our seperate lives feeling at peace knowing we were in such fantastic hands. I cannot thank Alanna enough for everything she has done. I feel it truly was such a lucky day that I called the offices of Belcher Addison and was put through to Alanna she’s an absolute gem !
